02. Develop
This is where the fingers meet the keyboard (or paper). The strategic plan that was laid out will now lead us into visual implementation, development, or technical discussions. Whether you have internal resources that will be handling this phase – we can help lead any technical discussions and provide guidance through this process.
If our development team is being utilized then we will utilize our delivery early and often framework as we work through your project.
03. Partner
This is our favorite phase. The hard work has been done and it’s time to watch you rocket to success. Fixed-Fee Projects
Fixed-fee projects typically have some sort of tangible outcome with a predetermined timeline. Things like small websites, specific features, standalone audits, or reports are all fixed-fee type projects.
Time-Based Projects
Sometimes you have a defined budget and timeline and a general goal, but the solution isn’t quite clear. These types of projects allow us to consult and provide guidance and strategic work while the goal evolves.
Maintenance & Support
As with all things, they just don’t keep working endlessly without some TLC. We don’t typically support tools or technology that we haven’t built, so we suggest building in a budget for maintenance, support, and enhancements as your project evolves.
Outcome-Based Projects
Outcome-based projects work best when you have a well-defined outcome and requirement with a flexible schedule. Most applications, websites, and new features fall into this category.
Typically larger projects like this are broken down and released in smaller phases. This also aligns with our iterative development methodology.
